Wearing the correct footwear can make a huge difference to your comfort and health. I supply a range of specialist footwear including sandals, shoes, flip flops, trainers, boots and slippers by Vionic, Strive, Aetrex and Dr Comfort which have a built-in orthotic footbed. These are ideal for patients who need orthotics but want to wear sandals or difficult-to-fit shoes. Free measuring service and footwear advice comes with all appointments. Available in Lymington and Tring.
Gait analysis & Orthotic insoles
Your feet are your body’s foundation. The most common foot imbalance is excessive pronation. That is, when the feet roll in or the arch collapses. This causes rotation of the ankles, knees and hips which can then lead to further problems. A gait analysis will identify any problems. I supply and fit Vasyli orthotics for all types of footwear. Available in Lymington and Tring.
Autumn/winter footwear by Vionic, Strive and NEW Aetrex in stock. Including boots, trainers, slippers and shoes for all your footwear needs this season.
Lorna is delighted to announce she will be back working from Tring in Hertfordshire for half a day every 4-6 weeks. This gives patients the opportunity to replace their orthotics, update their footwear or stock up on their favourite footcare products. New patients welcome. Click on the links above for more information. By appointment only.
As a Foot Health Practitioner, I am very aware of how important it is to look after our feet to get the most from this wonderful form of exercise.
